The cold sensitivity at 238 to 181 is partly from the caloric deficit and partly from losing the insulating layer. Warming foods help - Greek yogurt, hummus, warm proteins. The body adjusts but it takes a few months to stabilize the thermostat at the new weight.
Premixing in a single vial is possible but stability compatibility is the question. Different peptides have different pH requirements. Mixing in the syringe right before pinning is the safer default unless the combination is confirmed stable.
15kg since January moving to maintenance is a clean trajectory. The face change at that pace is always visible before the scale makes sense to people around you.
Amazing! 🙌 I just took my first dose - a small one. I don't feel anything yet, kind of disappointed since I was expecting some side effects! My doctor put me on it to get my hormones in check and hopefully jumpstart some weight loss. Fingers crossed it helps with my appetite!
Love to see posts like this! I'm in a similar boat but I've lost around 50 pounds since July. The apron belly is the one thing that hasn’t gone away, I heard it's extra hard to get rid of if you've had a C-section, which I did 3 years ago. I think a tummy tuck and maybe a breast reduction/lift...
Everyone commenting clearly didn't read the whole post! OP says they can't tell in the mirror, but they CAN see it in pictures!
I'm going to start taking pics too, I haven't been! Thanks for the idea, Core_Hustle. And you look great!
Girl, I SEE the difference! It's so hard for *us* to see it on ourselves. You look amazing already, keep up the awesome work. This isn't a fast journey, but you're crushing it!
Reading your story makes me feel like I should be more open about it. Right now I've only told a few friends. It's weird, I'm almost ashamed? Maybe because I'm afraid I'll gain it all back. Has anyone else felt scared to tell people?
