love handles are usually last to go. slow but if you do a body recomp instead of cutting or bulking it'll work. eat solid foods, low carb, high protein. skip processed stuff and drinks. walk every day, lift weights or do bodyweight stuff. takes time but stick with it. supplements help too 👌
