    Mounjaro - 3 months in!

Market's unstable right now, so I've been hesitant to jump. Did well enough on one thing but the switch threw me off balance - barely moving the scale these days even at max dose. Frustrating when you were dropping weight before. A week or two might help my body catch up, but honestly the...

Long term GLP-1 use: what to expect

I'm 5'9", 201 lbs, BMI barely under obese. Have fatty liver and high cholesterol but no diabetes. Nothing's worked so far. How do I get real Ozempic - not knockoff - and get it covered by Anthem BCBS PPO? Genuinely stuck here.

Weight loss without exercise on GLP-1's?

30 years old, 4 kids, just got snipped. Test was 460 total, 10 free. Tempted to start 100-120mg/week for energy and gym gains. Do 6 days a week (lift + cardio) at 13-14% bf, 6'1, 192lbs. Tried enclo and hated it—felt worse even though numbers spiked. Still dealing with low T symptoms despite...

Sema making my OCD worse? Anyone else?

That's interesting! Everyone responds so differently. Maybe it's related to how it impacts your gut biome?

Sema making my OCD worse? Anyone else?

There's some evidence it affects serotonin levels, and it seems to affect some people more than others. It can reduce cravings for things like alcohol or smoking pot, and in some it seems to numb all desires. It can be good or bad for addictions, but too much of any one thing isn't great.

Sema making my OCD worse? Anyone else?

Are you making sure you're eating enough? I have to be really careful about that, because that can trigger issues for me. Semaglutide makes it easy to forget to eat.

    Thinking of Trying Reta...

However, if you search the forum, you should find some positive comments about one group that has also been tested pretty well recently. I'm personally more interested in sellers who are having their products tested in groups right now. I don't have time to follow everything closely.

    Thinking of Trying Reta...

The market is just too unstable to make solid recommendations. I've ordered a few times, but I can't recommend anyone right now. It was only reliably problem-free when it was expensive. When it was cheap, there was always an issue somewhere.

Tirzepatide - when does it actually work?

That's so interesting! It really shows how everyone reacts so differently. Some people seem to get immediate results from Tirz, others need higher doses, and then you have stuff like this where other peptides interfere. It's all so individual.

Tirzepatide - when does it actually work?

You... know... you need to dose based on the milligrams taken...

Tirzepatide - when does it actually work?

I also suggest increasing the dose as directed - slowly. Like 4 weeks minimum at each dose. I did 2.5mg for 11 weeks, then 5mg until I reached my goal (down 75 lbs). The worst case if you go slow? You just make your supply last longer.

Food was my dopamine 😭 Now what?

That rings true. I've seen people replace food with exercise, creative projects, or even just intense hobbies. It's like we need that dopamine hit, and if it's not coming from food, it has to come from somewhere else.

Food was my dopamine 😭 Now what?

Spending way too much time doomscrolling on social media.

Food was my dopamine 😭 Now what?

I create online wishlists, then reward myself sometimes. Maybe saving some dresses in my target size, or some fancy shampoo. Affordable treats like a new lipstick. It doesn't cost much, but it releases the happy brain chemicals even if I just curate the lists.
