the floater question is the right one to ask first rather than just assuming safe - particles in a reconstituted solution can be protein aggregation from improper reconstitution technique, undissolved peptide, or actual particulate contamination. the three look different visually and behave...
the cortisol drop and histamine rise at night making the injection site reaction worse is the mechanism that explains why ISR that seems manageable during the day can become genuinely uncomfortable overnight. when KPV isn't helping the local reaction at the site, the issue is likely systemic...
Week 17 at 1.5mg and averaging a pound a week is genuinely solid progress. Slow titration like that is actually the safer path and the results show it. How's the appetite suppression feeling at 1.5 compared to when you first started?
2mg to 3mg for 4 weeks with no movement and prior Tirz experience in the mix - prior Tirz can sometimes mean the receptor pathway needs longer to show up cleanly on Reta. What's appetite doing, any difference there even if the scale hasn't moved?
It's so true what Great_Ave said about not craving alcohol anymore. It's like a switch flipped! I used to look forward to happy hour all week, but now it's just...meh.
Hey there! Just a friendly reminder: let's keep the discussion focused on approved medications and avoid any talk about sourcing or selling. Also, if you're new to this, check out the FAQ. Stay safe and happy!
Been on it since December, down 40 lbs. On 1mg now, waiting for generic approval to go higher. Only issue is occasional constipation if I slack on water or fiber. Had those sulfur burps after my first dose but haven't had them since.
Glute gains? nah, not happening. Never had much of a butt anyway. Got saggy skin now — bra inserts are my friend. whole body deflated look going on. But still beats the health problems I had before, so worth it.
Nice! One thing though—your calves look a bit smaller so def try building muscle back up, especially if you're tapering. More lean mass = better health overall anyway.
with how careful you're being and patient with the titration, honestly hard to see you hitting 15 anytime soon, maybe another year. what's your target weight? and how tall are you?
