    Reta: energy boost or all-day naps?

    NR and NMN are easy to find online or on Amazon. Running 2-4g daily for six weeks then dropping to 1g after. Energy bump is real but not dramatic.

    Hit One-derland!

    Starting weight 338.7, now at 196.0, total loss 142.7 pounds. Can't believe I'm under 200 - don't recall ever weighing less than that. Started this in April 2024 and finally living the life I want.
