Just starting Semaglutide, tell me what to expect!

Starting tips from someone who cycles: the first four weeks are an adjustment where energy dips, especially mid-ride. Keeping injection day consistent helps predict when you'll feel off versus when you'll feel normal. Nausea is front-loaded and usually fades significantly after the first few...

    Don't tell people I'm on a GLP-1 🤪

The unexpected benefits are the ones nobody warns you about, and then you can't stop noticing them. The people who don't know don't need to know - they're also not going to understand the full picture anyway.

    Finally feel like ME again!

Weight that accumulated gradually in your early twenties is a different thing to carry than later-life gain - it becomes part of how you see yourself before you ever had a real chance to intervene. Getting out from under that is more than a number, and the confidence that comes with it tracks...

Still got drive, but can't finish?!

Used Factor before - they have meal variety by preference - got the high protein options, good portion size that lasted all day. Just got expensive.

    Jeans that actually fit! 🎉

ozempic did wonders for my mental health when i was on it for insulin resistance. i read everything, split doses, took supplements, figured out what my stomach could handle now. still have emotional eating moments but zero other stuff. first two months i thought every shot was my last but...

    Oops! Mixed up my vials!

we're already splitting the 50mg to 25mg. looked it up and trazodone hits over 40% of people with next-day drowsiness. might split the 25 down to 12.5 and see how that goes.

Tirz vial - How long is too long?

Not for everyone—gotta experiment and see when hunger creeps back with each dose. Everyone's different. Every 6 days is working best for me with no side effects. Pick what fits your body. Takes time to dial in how each peptide hits you personally.

    Tirzepatide + Ipamorelin/CJC Stack?

massive respect on the weight loss! the mirror thing is so real—your brain takes longer to catch up than your body. interim clothes are smart, no sense dropping serious cash when you're still dropping pounds.

Reta alone, or stack for faster loss?

domestic sources, zelle payment, cheapest outside of overseas... honestly surprised more people don't explore other vendors. maybe they just spam less in the obvious places.

    A year on GLP-1s!

hiyo's sparkling water with fruit and adaptogenics like mushroom and ashwaganda — calms cortisol. i use it instead of the wine i used to drink too much of. also avoiding sugar and refined carbs helps since they spike cortisol too

Worried losing weight would change me...

i'm 28, work it so i'm glued to a chair all day. tried weekends stuff and it hasn't helped much. been thinking about trying an online plan but not sure where to start or if it's even the right call.

    Finally under 200!

I dropped about 25 lbs real fast back in the day and yeah, loose skin happened. Rushing the loss isn't worth it. Slow is the move — gives your skin a chance to keep up.

    Nothin' tastes good! Help!

went hard and fast as possible—low protein, low calorie—and dropped 230 lbs over 18 months with no regrets. I might be lucky but I got nothing but health wins. if I did it again I'd add more protein and exercise sooner, but I'd go just as hard.

    Low libido on GLP-1s?

at 2-3 lbs per month and been on this for 18+ months now. if i stick to 1300-1400 calories, the scale moves eventually, takes a few weeks though. was easier at the start! i'm hungry but just sitting with it. can't go lower without messing up nutrition.
