    Mounjaro and no gym?

    I don't have a gym membership. I walk when I have time and use kettlebells at home a few times a week. Exercise is good for you, with or without Mounjaro. Your job might be enough, but it doesn't hurt to add more if you can.

    I'd suggest starting with semaglutide. I figured I'd go with the cheaper option first and switch to tirzepatide if it didn't work. Fortunately, sema is working great for me, so no need to switch!

    Nobody complained when diabetics lost weight on Ozempic. This 'Ozempic face' thing only became a concern when it was prescribed for weight loss.
