    Tirz every 6 days?

Splitting my doses has made a real difference for me. Taking smaller amounts more frequently keeps my hunger way more consistently controlled and cuts down on nausea. Been using this approach for a while now with good results.

    Wegovy savings?!? 🤔 Legit?

That's interesting. I haven't heard anything about it here, but I'll keep an eye out. It would be great if prices came down globally!

    Wegovy savings?!? 🤔 Legit?

It's actually kind of shocking to look back and see how much I was wasting. Not just the money, but the food itself!

    Wegovy savings?!? 🤔 Legit?

I live in the Netherlands. My out-of-pocket for Wegovy is about €160 per month for the smaller doses and €240 for the higher ones. I know, I know, some places are way worse off, but remember our wages are different here too. Anyway, it hit me today as I passed on some cookies I would've inhaled...

    Still hungry on week 2?

Exactly! That's how I started to realize it wasn't real hunger. My mind was playing tricks on me.

    GLP-1s: Gut issues & autoimmunity?

For constipation, I would strongly suggest psyllium husk. You can get it in Metamucil, but it's cheaper to buy a bag of the pure husk. Just mix with plenty of water and drink quickly! It really helps.

    Still hungry on week 2?

I've realized it's often just the habit of wanting to eat, and I have to mentally fight it. I stick to my portion sizes, usually two main meals and one or two small, healthy snacks. And lots and lots of water is key.

    GLP-1s: Gut issues & autoimmunity?

I've had IBS with diarrhea since childhood, which was severely limiting. I had trouble going to places where I didn't know where the restrooms were and anxiety about eating out. I'd tried bland diets, meditation, and anti-diarrheal meds, but nothing really helped. Ozempic made my IBS better...

    Reta plateau... what gives?

Anyone else on TRT using Reta? I'm curious how it works together. I'm on Test and having a hell of a time getting rid of this gut, even with dialed in hormones.

    Reta plateau... what gives?

What's your ipamorelin dosing protocol? I have some but haven't used it yet.

    AFib, Strokes, AND Ozempic?

I've been on sema for a while now. It's truly helped me feel better overall - inflammation has gone down a ton. I was surprised by that side benefit!

    Orforglipron - Lilly's new oral GLP-1

I'm more interested in the long-term pros and cons of these drugs. I saw a discussion where some docs were saying they're not just for casual weight loss, but for serious health issues. Makes sense, but still...
