    I do have a bit of loose skin on my arms and stomach, but it's not too bad. When I lost about 70 pounds, I treated myself to a pilates membership and I've been doing that about twice a week since!

    I've been under 200 for around half a year now, and it still feels surreal. I haven't weighed this little since college! Here's a pic to show I look like I did back then, just with some extra lines, haha. Congrats Meal_Fixed and keep it up!

    Thanks everyone for the support! It really helps keep me going. I've been thinking about increasing my dose soon. Right now I'm on 0.5mg and it's still working, but I want to make sure I don't plateau.

    So, I started this journey at 344 pounds. I'm now down to 312, and my first goal is to get under 300, at 299! I know it's still a ways to go, but getting below that 300 mark feels like a huge accomplishment for the first step.
