No way is a legitimate compounding pharmacy gonna touch peptides someone bought online. Those sites are all selling stuff "for research only" or "lab use only", meaning it's not approved for us humans. Not judging anyone who uses them, but a legit pharmacy won't touch them with a ten-foot pole.

This is TMI, but ever since my gallbladder was removed, I've had bad GI problems. Since I started Ozempic, I'm regular for the first time in years. I can eat and not have to worry about where the closest bathroom is at all times. It's pretty amazing.
I'm on both, and I think it's helpful to continue with metformin. I only take 500 mg daily, though. I was never prescribed more than that. I'm also on 1 mg of Ozempic weekly.
