Keeping unmixed reta refrigerated extends the window reliably - 60-90 days at 2-4C is what most people find workable, and introducing cagri once the reta dose is stable makes the stack easier to dial in.
The 12-hour nothing is normal - 1mg is a real therapeutic starting point and the effect builds over the next 3-5 days as the drug concentrates. Staying at a dose where appetite suppression holds without side effects is sound protocol.

I'm also finding that exercise is becoming enjoyable. I actually look forward to my runs now, which is something I never thought I'd say! It's amazing what losing weight can do for your mobility and motivation.
I cannot stress enough how many clothes I have donated along the way. I bought so much stuff that was too small as motivation. I fit into one time, then they were too big! Don't buy too many clothes during your journey! Thrift stores are your friend!
For me, tirz is a game changer. I've gone from binge eating every night to not even THINKING about food after dinner. It's amazing! And I sleep better too, which is a huge bonus. I've heard some people use peptides for even better sleep, but I'm a little scared to try those out.
