Happy for you but also a bit jealous. Seven weeks in, down 15 pounds. Did 2.5mg for a month then bumped to 5mg. First week was fine but then things got rough. Sugar dropped to 68, blood pressure tanked. Doc had me cut back to half a dose. Better now but the nausea is brutal. Freezing constantly...
Found out wine actually helps with the constipation issue. Had some rose a couple times and hours later the problem cleared up. First time was intense diarrhea, second time was rough but less severe. Not an ideal solution but interesting enough to mention.
Same here - my partner and I were just talking about how wild the needle tech has gotten. They're so small now that I barely feel them. If you're nervous, numbing cream or an ice cube beforehand works wonders. Makes the whole thing way easier.
Those same size needles here, and yeah, the resistance is real. I've found that hesitation is half the problem. When I just go for it without overthinking, it's basically painless.
Honestly I don't think it matters much. Do doctors really adjust medications by our individual weight? Usually they just give a standard dose and call it good. I think GLP1s work the same way - if my 10mg vial was actually 12mg and my target was 0.5mg, does an extra 0.1mg really change anything...
