The last stretch is genuinely the hardest - 52kg down and 9kg left is a much smaller ratio than the motivation makes it feel. The dose bump takes a few weeks to register anyway, so the real task is bridging that window.

Getting to goal weight is a milestone but the more durable version is building the maintenance habits that let you stay there without constant active management - the first six months after goal are where that becomes automatic.

Yesterday I took my first dose of 0.25 of Wegovy. The food chatter is lessening. It feels like I'm in a silent room. This sudden lack of mental noise is shockingly loud. I was at my desk earlier, and I knew I *should* have been preoccupied with food! Usually I'm planning my next meal...

I'm lucky that I haven't had any gas or sulfur burps from my medication. I took a small extra dose from some pens once and it was so gross!

I'm still stunned that one person had so much medication in their refrigerator! I guess if insurance covers it, why not stock up? I wish mine did, LOL.
