Sema success! Down 40, feeling great!

40 lbs and both the physical and mental shift - the medication-as-tool argument ends when the food noise actually stops for someone.

    GLP-1s and inflammation?

CRP and IL-6 are the measurable markers for systemic inflammation - a basic panel before starting and again at 3 months gives you objective data beyond the feel.

    Down 99, still goin'!

99 down and still moving is the combination that actually sticks.

    GLP-1s: My Amazing Journey!

I stack mag glycinate and melatonin at night. Glycine same time if I add it. Then a handful of vitamins after my first meal. Creatine I try to time before the gym.

    Mounjaro since August - progress!

Finally under 100kg feels real. Gained a lot in 2024, noticed health impacts in 2025. Doctors, blood tests, ultrasound — fatty liver. Started trying in July, changed my diet but stuck around 100kg. Over 4 weeks on this med now, 5 shots at 2.5mg, and I've hit double digits. Much easier than before.

Down 40lbs since Jan, feeling great!

i make fancy drinks every morning—ice, lemon/lime, electrolytes in mason jars with straws. people ask what i'm drinking cause it looks so good. keeps me drinking way more water & stops the constipation issue.

Tirzepatide + Anavar + TRT: worth it?

Not saying others should do this but I'm stacking sema with a little of the other one for inflammation and appetite control. Sema's cheap so I'll keep it until it stops working. I'm at 1mg sema plus 1mg of the other weekly, sometimes an extra 0.5 of the second one if I'm hungry. Moving up slow...

That Vendor Xingbei - Anyone Heard Of Them?

These meds are basically a miracle. I use ivim health and it's been huge.

    Reta transition woes?

yeah, the shipping on the first order costs something but it's still way less than you'd pay retail or compounded. keep in mind though—some people can't handle these meds at all or need to titrate faster than planned to see benefits. lots of unknowns.

    Booze on GLP-1s?

Anything more than a single drink and I'm awake all night feeling like I'm gonna hurl. It's awful.

    Stacking Reta and Tirz??

You went from 15mg of Tirz to ~2mg of Reta, RXPete? Why not up your Reta dose? It doesn't make sense to go from a 'max' dose to less than a 'starting' dose and expect anything to happen.

    Stacking Reta and Tirz??

I take 5mg of Reta on Mondays and 8mg of Tirz on Thursdays. I might adjust that again at the end of the month.

Tirzepatide - when does it actually work?

I'm starting to wonder if the GHRP peptides are interfering with the Tirz effectiveness. It could explain why I'm not feeling the appetite suppression as strongly as some others do. Maybe I should experiment by stopping them for a short time and see what happens?

    It's my Ozempiversary!

I saw someone else post about finding their dream wedding dress after losing a bunch of weight on MJ. These meds are life-changing!

Tirzepatide - when does it actually work?

Thanks for the warning about tesa. I was thinking about adding it as I get closer to my goal, but if it messes with my appetite, I'm definitely waiting until I'm at my ideal weight.
