    Pep Math got me stumped!

I like reconstituting to a set concentration - 10mg/mL or 20mg/mL - makes the math easier when you want to adjust on the fly. The nice thing is you've got tons of flexibility with how you prep it, whatever works for your dosing style.

New KwikPens - no extra dose!

Yeah, there's usually a little bit left in the pen. Enough to prime the needle properly each dose. When I started, I'd try to get every last click. Waste not, want not!

New KwikPens - no extra dose!

Newbies should just get the 15mg pen right away and measure by clicks or use a syringe to pull it out!

New KwikPens - no extra dose!

Maybe if people weren't so loud about the "bonus dose" all over the internet, this wouldn't have occurred. The more information is out there, the more the manufacturer knows and adjusts things. Here we are!

    Tirz dosing - what's 'enough'?

The smallest amount considered beneficial is 5 milligrams of tirzepatide. To help with nausea, keep sipping water and have frequent, small, healthy snacks. Don't skip meals, even if you're not hungry. Is the 2.5mg causing appetite suppression and less preoccupation with food already, Kelly02?

    BPC vendors dried up?

That's nice about the larger vial. It's annoying to transfer peps! Did they come with bac water?

    BPC vendors dried up?

Yeah, I am curious what the best BPC/TB4 protocols are. I've seen some pre-mixed options out there. I prefer to pin less often if possible!

    Down 65, halfway there!

That's great progress! Weight loss like that requires consistency. Don't forget to stay hydrated and keep up with your electrolytes, especially since you're probably eating less.

    It's tougher than it looks...

It's wild how sema affects more than just weight. I've noticed a significant change in my desire for sugary drinks. I used to need a soda every afternoon, but now I barely think about them.
