I stayed at the starter dose for 2 months and then went to 0.375 mg for a month and then to 0.4 mg, and I've been there for 3 months. I think it might be a little too high. I might go back to 0.375 mg. I've dropped 45 lbs in 5 1/2 months.

If someone is coming from 7.5 mg tirz with minimal sides, would you still recommend starting as low as 1 mg? Or can you start a bit higher because you're already "adapted" to GLP-1s?
