Eat eggs daily plus a McDonald's double cheeseburger most days. That's my protein. Then add fruit, veggies, sometimes yogurt. More focused on calorie deficit while hitting protein goals.
Thanks and yes calories stayed 1700-2000 daily over 7 months. Got a 12.5 monjaro script but terrified to take it. The glucose drop scares me - don't want it going low especially when sleeping. Hope someone shares their story or some comfort.
Know the feeling. Gained 22 in two weeks maybe a month back, basically just eating normal portions. Lost 10 pretty fast though and can drop 2-3 a day if I stick to my usual deficit. The swings are kind of ridiculous.
Started injecting B-complex with some B-5 because it's being studied for hair loss. Really helped with graying and my hairline is fuller now. Takes two months to kick in but the fine hairs showing up proved it. Adding vitamin E and collagen too, all pretty cheap.
