That's genuinely impressive - 21 months of consistency shows. I'm with you on stepping back instead of chasing higher. Once you've got the appetite suppression locked in, the real game is eating enough to build what you want. Loose skin won't be your problem at your pace.
Some THC/CBD really helps with nausea — no snack munchies after. Just make sure to eat a real meal afterward and sip water. Walking helps too, never was a walker before this. Coffee, junk food, or laying down after eating makes it worse.
Yeah nausea at 5mg hits different, especially jumping from 2.5. Give it another week or two and it usually chills out. Smaller meals, skip the greasy stuff. If it's wrecking your life though, talk to your doc about dialing back for a bit.
coworkers at lunch told me they were on glp1s. transformations were wild. one's wearing jeans again because she feels good. their honesty got me to try it too.
no reaction for 14 shots going 2.5 to 7.5. shot 15, tiny red itchy lump 2 days later, gone in 2 days. shot 16, delayed reaction 1 day after—still here after 3 days. switching to thigh next time. weird timing w/ beach season!
exact same thing happened to me. didn't feel much even after 2 months, still hungry and craving garbage, only lost a few pounds. jumped the dose yesterday and holy crap—food noise basically vanished. excited to see what happens next. keep pushing, it'll click.
That's so awesome! Yesterday I saw my doc for a checkup and I'm down 34 pounds since Sept. Plus my A1c dropped from 8.2 to 5.8 and my BP is way down too. Such a relief... and I'm digging clothes out of the closet I haven't seen in ages!
