    My Blood Sugar's Normal!

The Monday/Friday 8mg split is an interesting cadence. Twice-weekly at lower dose can give smoother levels through the week compared to one larger weekly injection. Good data point for the blood sugar tracking - worth logging day by day to see the pattern across the full cycle.

    Always Feeling Chilly?!

Complete thyroid panel including antibodies is worth requesting specifically. TSH alone misses a lot - T3, T4, TPO, and TgAb give the full picture. The insurance resistance is real but most direct lab services run the full panel for around $60 out of pocket.

GLP-1s: Do Younger People Lose More?

Slow gastric emptying is the nausea mechanism. Intestinal motility accelerating the other way is why GI urgency happens. Both adapt over the first few months.

Went back down on my dose!?

I think you should just titrate up to 15mg weekly. And figure out what you're gonna do next. Probably need to get some other meds for BED.

Went back down on my dose!?

Some doctors just try to crank people up to the max dose too quick, IMO. If you're still shrinking on a dose, you should stick with it until you stall, then go up. Lots of people go back down to a dose that worked before. Fingers crossed it works for you!

    Questionable Retatrutide?

Also, just to reiterate, there's no such thing as retatrutide (because GLP-3 doesn't exist).

    Questionable Retatrutide?

Whenever a new user pops up with a thread like this, it makes me wonder if someone's trying to badmouth a vendor. Could be a competitor, could be someone with a grudge. I'm letting it stay up for now because it's potentially important. BUT, absolutely no naming or discussing the source at this...

    Body image after weight loss?

Down almost 50 pounds since January. This stuff has been a miracle for me. The crazy thing is, I used to eat when I was anxious and now I don't even think about food, and crave healthier things. It's like my brain has been rewired.

    Body image after weight loss?

Agree!! I've lost 46 lbs. When I take a picture, I still picture myself at size 18. I have to do a side-by-side old and new picture to see the difference. I hope that I won't need to do that in the future! You look great and well done!

    Body image after weight loss?

I'm 70 yrs old. I've always been close to 175 pounds, even though I'm active and try to stay in shape. I weighed myself this morning and I was 136 lbs. I'm so excited to finally wear a bathing suit this summer and go to the beach. Plus, my BP is completely normal now, no more meds. I know this...

    It's my Ozempiversary!

A year and a 60+ lb weight loss is an incredible milestone! It sounds like you're super proud of how far you've come. Would you mind if I shared this on the the community sub? People share pics of their journey there, similar to yours. You could do it yourself too, if you feel more comfortable.

    GLP-1 Side Effects...Or Superpowers?

Speaking of weird claims, I remember this dude back in the day who swore taking drugs made his hair grow faster and thicker, even though he was losing it before. People will believe anything!
