    Cagrisema - anyone want it?

Accidental bulking is not how that works. Getting noticeably bigger requires deliberate caloric surplus, specific programming, and years. Resistance training in a deficit just improves composition without adding mass.

Ate too much on Sema? Help!

Half a cap is the right starting dose - a full cap is usually too much and makes things worse. Starting it the day before a heavy meal rather than after works better. Month 3 teaches this the hard way for most people.

Lost weight, but don't *look* like it??

Shot day and progress tracker recs?

I started my journey in November 2025 and I'm currently on a 7.5mg maintenance dose. I inject every Monday night. I didn't have big side effects like throwing up, but I did get nauseous. As I increased the dosage, I noticed gas, slower digestion, and constipation. Overeating, even on a low dose...

Shot day and progress tracker recs?

I inject Friday evenings. I figured if I had problems, I'd rather deal with them on Sunday. I haven't had any issues so far. I use MeAgain and Shotsy, but I'm not super impressed with either one. I like my spreadsheet better. I also use Happy Scale and Lose It. When I'm really focused on...

Went back down on my dose!?

I've also heard of ppl staying on really low doses for the long haul. I read about someone online who stayed on 0.5mg for a year and then went DOWN to 0.25mg for a few months. Their weight loss was slower, but they felt like it was more sustainable. I think that's a great approach!

Went back down on my dose!?

There's a doctor on the Fat Science podcast who talks about this sometimes. I think the idea is that, for some people, higher doses can actually cause resistance. Maybe that's what's happening to you, and a lower dose is what your body responds best to.

Two Years on Mounjaro - Woah!

So, two years ago today I finally went to my GP, seeking some help with my rapidly worsening pre-diabetes and weight. I ended up walking out with a script for something similar, but I really wanted that other one. He suggested we get some blood work done and switch me over if I was still wanting...

My peps came naked! Is this normal?

I'd been thinking the same thing, but that recent batch variance issue was a bit alarming. I know it could happen with any company, but still...

My peps came naked! Is this normal?

That's why I said I bought the cheaper version! It prints labels, but it can't do the fancy codes. But it works just fine, so I'm not gonna replace it just for the bells and whistles. 🤷‍♀️
