HK pep vendor - anyone used them?

Consistent delivery timelines and no issues across multiple orders is the relevant signal when evaluating a vendor. The ten-plus day shipping window from overseas is standard and worth building into restock timing. The part that matters most for vendors in that region is the testing history -...

    Half a year down!

The crossover design makes interpreting raw trial results tricky. When the placebo group receives the active compound partway through and some of the treatment group shifts to placebo, the final data reflects mixed effects rather than clean long-term outcomes. The personal six-month result in...

Low T dose + GLP's: good or bad?

Cresol is a documented problem for certain peptides - it works adequately for insulin but the stability profile differs for GLP-1 compounds. The lab testing community has noted this reasonably well. If a preparation uses cresol as the preservative, questions about activity after storage are...

    Best way to track dosages?

Hey everyone! I actually created an app and keep updating it regularly. It's got pretty much every feature you can think of. And most of it is free! I'm talking med levels, personalized notifications, connection to your health app, charts.... I tried to include everything that matters when...

    Best way to track dosages?

Your doc will prescribe the right dose, like 0.25mg to begin. Just follow their instructions and set a weekly reminder on your phone. If you're just starting out, take it at night in case you have any nausea. Inject into your stomach or thigh.

    GLP-1 and weekly head pounders?

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone! I'll try upping my electrolytes and see if that helps. Heartxx, I think I will call my doctor for an appt.

    GLP-1 and weekly head pounders?

Increase Sodium and Magnesium. One-sided headaches can be migraines. I'd try to determine if the headaches are related to the medication. Varying the dose and timing could help. (1) Delay your injection by 3-7 days to see what happens. No headaches strengthens the case. (2) Drop to 0.75mg -...

    GLP-1 and weekly head pounders?

Every week, a few days after my injection, I get these throbbing headaches, always on the right. It lasts about 3 days, and I'm on week nine at 1mg. They can be terrible, really interfering with work. Everything I've read says headaches are normal at first, while the body adjusts, but they...

    Just started Oz... fingers crossed!

Thanks for the advice everyone! I'm trying to drink a ton of water because I heard dehydration is a thing. Also trying to get more protein in. Any tips on how to get protein when you don't feel like eating?

    Just started Oz... fingers crossed!

Before Ozempic, I'd easily eat 3000 calories daily. Yesterday, I barely hit 2100. I had to force down food. I struggled to finish a freakin' bowl of soup because my appetite was gone. It was super weird since I normally eat everything so easily. I had some gross burps, a little nausea, and...

    Just started Oz... fingers crossed!

Hey everyone, So I finally got my hands on the Ozempic pen. First injection down! Did 0.25 mg in my belly after reading all the directions. It kinda burned for a few, but it went away fast. I'm so stoked to get back into weight loss. I managed to drop 45 lbs back in 2023, but I've been stuck...

    Wegovy progress after a year

I started noticing a difference around 1.0mg, but it really kicked in at 1.7mg. Everyone's different, though. Don't get discouraged if it takes a little longer!

    Wegovy progress after a year

I was worried about that too, but honestly it hasn't been too bad. I've been using moisturizing lotion every day, and that seems to help a lot. I also do some light weight training, which I think helps tone things up a bit.
