    Hitting maintenance dose?! Update!

The maintenance plateau is real! I bought a whole size 12 wardrobe too early and ended up in size 8 after 4 months on maintenance. Now everything is loose and it's kind of funny in a frustrating way lol.

    Pre-filled carts: Worth the risk?

About peptide storage during power outages... it depends on the peptide. Simple ones like GHRP-6 can be okay at room temp for quite a while, maybe even years if not reconstituted. More complex ones like IGF-1 and hGH degrade faster. After mixing, they're usually good in the fridge for about two...

    Pre-filled carts: Worth the risk?

I initially got a kit and was pleased with it. Now that I know what I need, I'm just ordering everything in bulk online. Also got some sterile water along with it.

    Sema dose confusion?

That vi@l has 5 mg of sema (5mg/mL @ 1mL). You're only doing 0.44mg weekly. After a month, you'll have injected 1.76mg total. So you'll have 3.24mg left over plus the overfill. Use it all!
