I like keeping both in the mix because the appetite thing is real - reta alone leaves me hungry but tirz handles that part. Balancing them out has been solid so far, no major side effects and things seem to be working.

Don't forget to rotate where you inject! One person mentioned they go top center of the stomach, a little to the left, center left, and so on. I was stalled for a couple weeks but then went from the normal dosage down to a little less. Got back on track that way. Doing great!

I would suggest talking to a dietitian if your insurance covers it. They can help you maintain your weight without feeling too restricted. Don't get too hung up on your BMI as it's not always accurate. It doesn't consider muscle mass or fat distribution.
