Pics - Can you see the difference?

205 to 145 since October is a strong result - those photos tell the story that numbers miss.

    Energy Boost Stack?

Macadamia nuts as an energy anchor makes sense - the fat-to-carb ratio keeps things flat between meals.

    One Year on this Med!

One year in and transformative is the right word for it. The BP cascade from a 55 lb loss is one of the less-discussed outcomes - the medication does cascade-metabolic work beyond weight alone. Dizziness from hypotension can sneak up at that level of loss, worth monitoring going forward.

Brain space: What DO you even THINK about?

I've noticed that my desire to use cannabis has lessened since starting sema. Which is a welcome surprise.

Brain space: What DO you even THINK about?

This really resonates. It took me weeks to learn how to relax without automatically reaching for a snack. Eventually, I adjusted. Not super helpful, but I get it.

Anyone lose on the baby doses?

I noticed weight loss immediately. Never exceeded 1.5mg in a single injection. My ideal amount was 1.25mg for two months. I'm currently using tiny doses every two weeks for maintenance. The medication isn't suppressing appetite now, but it's greatly improving my arthritis.

    This stuff is life-changing!

I've seen a significant change in my weight already. Pants are getting baggy and I can walk further without heavy breathing. Feeling great about how I look and feel, and it's only been about 3 months. LOL! Started on Zepbound (Tirzepatide), but my insurance quit paying, so my doctor switched...

    Appetite back on higher dose?

I've heard that some people do really well on a lower dose long-term. If it was working, maybe going back down would be a good idea?

    Appetite back on higher dose?

That can happen around the doses where you plateau. My doctor reassessed my plan before just jumping to a higher dose.

    OMG, is that a... jawline?!

I agree with SlightlySmallerSam, those face gains are real! It’s the little things like that that keep you going. Keep up the awesome work, Pure-Pal!
