    Splitting my dose?

Congrats, you look great! 10mg was my sweet spot too, now on 5mg to maintain. Day before and after shot I get ravenous but manage with healthy snacks. 69, type 2, been on it since March and planning to stay on it.

Ozempic Face - is it a real thing??

GLP-1 Plotter is solid if math isn't your thing. Really helps you understand what's happening with effects and side effects over time.

    Workout routines on GLP-1s?

I agree with PulseBTW445 that you don't need a gym. But I do believe it should be balanced; if you have knee or back problems, working your muscles actually helps in most cases, unless you just had an injury and need to rest.

Reta and the hiccups from hell!

with your dilution of 2ml into a 12mg vial, you're at 6mg/ml. 10 units means 0.6mg, not 150mcg. think back through your other doses and adjust the math so you can track what you actually took.

MOTS-c AND SLU at the same time?

trazodone doesn't work for everyone, but it's my thing. stack it sometimes w/ Lunesta. 30-year sleep battle—tried everything, nothing stuck. now: Beta, saffron, L-theanine, mag glyc, ashwagandha, valerian, tart juice, club soda an hour before bed. some nights i'm out, others i need the traz or...

    Workout routines on GLP-1s?

I go to exercise classes about 5 times a week, with 3 of those being yoga. I also walk about a half hour to and from the classes. On the days that I don't have classes, I do mini arm and leg workouts -- 15 minutes for arms and 25 for legs. I've definitely noticed a difference in my arms since...

    Muscle loss worries on GLP-1s?

Yeah I went skinny-fat instead of losing fat and keeping muscle. Feel better but my butt's flat now even with being active and doing Pilates. Upping protein and creatine to try to build it back. Working on that shelf look again.

GLP-1 Vial Cases: Where to Buy?

Just because there's a peptide for sale doesn't mean it works or won't have side effects. Be careful. TikTok, Reddit, random sites — that's not research. Look for medical trials, at least journal rat studies. Influencers gonna influence.

    Two Years Later: Still Working?

just grabbed a -20C lab freezer for under 100 bucks. has alarms and stuff. wondering if it's actually worth it vs a regular fridge for long-term storage, or is it just nice to have?

    PT-141 for the wife...? Dosage?

Lilly's still running clinical trials on higher doses without canceling for safety, and we've both done higher doses, so 15mg definitely isn't the ceiling. Thought about going to 25mg but not sure if that's the move.

    Pre-shot ritual?

reading more about glps and what it takes to keep weight off and yeah obesity's a condition, some of us got it. medicines help but temporary — real fix is lifestyle. only like 4-6% of people keep it off long-term and you know what that takes? tapering off, moving, clean food, sometimes fasting...

    No appetite - force feed?

Absolutely. Cortisol spikes from stress interfere with the med's effectiveness. Look into ashwagandha for cortisol management. Magnesium glycinate before bed might help too, especially if stress affects your sleep.

Tired after upping Tirz dose - anyone else?

congrats on the work. if 15mg works better for maintaining, maybe stay there? staying on it has health perks outside of just weight loss.

    No appetite - force feed?

I don’t say force it. I *choose* to eat a tiny, healthy portion. A handful of thawed shrimp with cocktail sauce. Pepper slices with hummus.
