    Facial changes - anyone else notice?

    Always got black beans in my fridge—high protein, high fiber, super cheap (55 cents a pound, or 25 pound bag at Costco). Pair with broccoli and quinoa. For meat I smoke chicken thighs now instead of ground beef. Big thing: eat enough fiber on this stuff. That's what keeps your digestion working...
