My latest labs came in and I'm thrilled. My A1C went from 7.8 down to 5.5 over the past four months. Fasting glucose fell out of the 160s into the high 90s and low 100s, and a random test came back at 92 instead of 200. Kidney and liver numbers have always been fine. Also down just over 20...
That sounds like a lot of work for very little benefit. Switch to twice weekly or even every three days if you're considering it, but daily would be way too much.
Started early October at 96.2 kg now at 77.6 heading toward 65. Still on just 1 mg and honestly love it so much. Chatter dropped so much I can focus on other things. Swear my anxiety got better. Worth every bit.
After a week on tirz I just haven't felt motivated to do it anymore. It seems like more trouble than it's worth. Keeps me awake and makes me tired and foggy the next day. I'm wondering if it's the reward signal changing.

Not fearmongering in my view. Everyone deserves full facts before choosing overseas sourcing versus domestic or skipping it altogether. Been on this board over a year and rarely saw it brought up until last week when I mentioned it. Found out two weeks back when acquaintances got denied global...
When was the last prosecution for syringes in CA anyway? They literally hand them out to keep people around since nonprofits make like 900k per homeless person. Not exactly stopping the drug flow. Too profitable.
