    GLP-1 gut issues anyone?

Divided opinions on a vendor plus a clean first bottle is the typical ambiguous middle - the first bottle being fine is meaningful data since most quality problems show up immediately or in later batches. Tracking the next one gives a clearer signal.

    120mg Tirz Vials?

The 120mg format does the math for shared use - if you and your wife are both at 8mg every 4 days, that's roughly 4mg/day combined, so a 120mg vial gives about 30 days of shared stock. The tradeoff is more risk if it degrades or gets contaminated, so BAC water and cold storage matter more at...

10 Week Mounjaro Update - An Average Experience

A week in at 3mg is too early to read the result - the anti-inflammatory effects can show up before the weight loss response does, which is why training recovery sometimes improves first. The 10-week mark is more representative of where things settle. The honest picture of average response: 5-8...

Reta, BPC, and Tesa – anyone tried this combo?

Interesting, Toni1991. I've been experimenting with DSIP, Epithalon, and Tirzepatide to see if they will lower my blood pressure. I'm 50, super low body fat, and I've been on TRT for a long time. After losing a bunch of weight, my BP was still kinda high, like 120/80, even after my doc lowered...

Reta, BPC, and Tesa – anyone tried this combo?

Yes. People say to take Tesa at night, but it's easier for me to take everything at once so I don't forget.

    First time with Ozempic--advice?

Let us know how you feel! I've discovered that even though the media says everyone gets side effects, some people don't, and up to 25% can't tolerate the drug. If you see benefits, that's great, but the side effects can be intense.

    First time with Ozempic--advice?

Everyone responds differently. My only side effect has been acid reflux, which is easy to handle with antacids. I'm eating about half to three-quarters of what I used to. Snacking is totally gone for me. You probably won't feel very hungry since your hunger cues are muted. You'll feel full...

Reta, BPC, and Tesa – anyone tried this combo?

Yes. I take everything in the morning (on their schedule) before eating.

    First time with Ozempic--advice?

Hey all, I'm in Canada, about 5'8", weighing in at 250, and just got approved for Ozempic for my type 2 diabetes through my work benefits. I'm scheduled to start this Sunday using the 0.25-0.5mg pens, and eventually move up to the 1mg pens. I'm hoping to hear about other people's experiences...

Reta, BPC, and Tesa – anyone tried this combo?

Not those exact three, but I started Retatrutide at 0.5mg three weeks ago, stacking it with 1.5mg Tesamorelin, 0.5mg AOD, and 1.25mg Glow. Took me a couple weeks to ramp up dosages of AOD and Tesa. Barely any side effects. Just a little bump and itching from the Tesa, which I heard is normal.

GLP-1 costs are bumming me out

Still, $800 for Wegovy? That seems excessively high. Where are you located? I'm in New Zealand, and everything is more expensive here because of our remote location and small population. Wegovy's about $450 NZD a month, which is ~$270 USD. I'm saving a lot on food and drinks, so it evens out.

GLP-1 costs are bumming me out

Exactly. They're covering them because they're diabetes meds.

    Long COVID/ME/CFS folks?

Exactly. It's because you are eating less, so you are producing less heat. Your body is in an energy deficit. Once your weight stabilizes, the cold feeling should go away.

    Long COVID/ME/CFS folks?

I'd like to add to what tirzepatide-convert said. I know people who've used GLP-1 meds to help with depression and to lose weight to qualify for other medical procedures, like breast reduction. It can be a real game changer for some people.
