L60 Comes in how many bottles?

Ideally the setup would use 30mg vial kits, giving four complete doses with essentially zero degradation risk. Really just a matter of individual taste in the end, weighed against a modest degradation chance and the possibility the later doses, especially six through eight, might feel a bit...

When did you *feel* the Tirz?

Tirz onset is usually 2-4 weeks versus sema's faster first response - previous sema experience makes the slower start feel like it's not working.

Has anyone ordered from Sue lately?

Weeks of radio silence from a vendor usually means one of three things - they've gone dark, had a supply disruption, or are overwhelmed and triaging orders - none of which improves with more contact attempts.

Testing Teso tabs - anyone else?

ABC Labs and Diagnostics Research are both used in the community. For tabs specifically, HPLC over just activity assay is worth the extra cost if you're trying to confirm both identity and dose.

    Finally feel like I'm winning!

low ferritin isn't a diagnosis by itself, needs explaining. pre-menopausal women usually not a big deal but 60 year old or male? absolutely needs looking into. often requires checking for gut blood loss w/ scoping unless it's diet.

    Down 47 lbs! It's working!

been on 2.5 for a while, doc wanted to try 5 because appetite was creeping back. started the 5 and immediately heart palpitations, shortness of breath, heart rate through the roof. Sharing GLP-1 use: yay or nay?

Started tirz yesterday at 2.2mg and it's so quiet — no side effects. Today zero food noise. No voice saying 'eat more because you're bored.' Had to remind myself eating's a good idea. Not hungry. Kinda wild how subtle but how it works lol.

    Brunch Sabotage: Meds edition

Didn't research before starting, just heard it caused weight loss. Shocked by the lack of hunger and cravings. More energy too, and all this after only 2 shots. Can't believe the difference.

Skin, Hair & GLP-1 Reality Check

My doc wrote a script for it but I'm bipolar and really sensitive to meds. I'm worried about emotional blunting or depression. How common is that side effect actually? I'd like to hear from people who experienced it and people who didn't.

    Ozempic + bad food = 💥?

I guess it's like that saying, 'play stupid games, win stupid prizes'! I knew better, and I paid for it. FastingGains thanks for the tips! I will definitely be more careful.

    Ozempic + bad food = 💥?

Okay, fair points. Fried foods, alcohol, dairy...you're right. It was definitely what I ate. These foods take longer to digest. These were all triggering foods, and I know better. I was just hoping it wasn't the Ozempic making it worse! Lesson learned. Avoid heavy and fried foods!

Brain still wants pie on Tirz?

I plateaued on Sema after dropping some weight initially. It's good to know it happens to other people! That's why I feel less guilty using it, since I had a lot to lose for my health.
