Hair falling out on Zepbound :(

Mounjaro isn’t the problem, lack of protein is. My hair stylist says that her clients who eat 80-120g of protein daily never have bad hair loss during weight loss or from GLP1s.

Hair falling out on Zepbound :(

As someone who's lost weight quickly a bunch of times over my 7 decades, this is pretty typical. It sucks to see the hair falling out, but if you focus on your nutrition, especially protein, it'll grow back in a few months. I just chopped off my super long hair yesterday because of the hair...

Wow - Look how far I've come!

For me, it's about the NSV's (non-scale victories). Like Snack-Dude said, less joint pain, more energy, clothes fitting better... those are the things that keep me going!

Wow - Look how far I've come!

Your initial post was a little something I think many of us feel when we get too focused on "diet mode." You felt bad because you feel like you aren't progressing fast enough. But come on! Even if you stopped losing right now, maintaining would be AMAZING. I honestly doubt I'll ever see a...

    Reta making anyone else panicky?

I'm no expert, and I haven't tried it, but I've heard good things about people using Selank for anxiety and panic attacks. From what I've read, it's been a game-changer for some folks. Might be worth looking into. Could help with those panic attacks.

    Reta making anyone else panicky?

Someone on reddit was saying reta gave them a panic attack the other day. But that's the first I had heard of it. Coulda been you sharing the same story over there. Or maybe it's a new side effect that's coming out and you're one of the first.
