    Almost there! Last 20...

A1c from 8+ to 6.1 with 60 lbs down is a strong clinical argument for the last stretch - compounded versions cover the same mechanism if insurance stays difficult.

JKL peps - anyone try them?

Report back when you try it - those firsthand notes matter here.

Ordering GLP-1s Internationally: What to Know

This was super helpful, thank you. I am one of those first-timers who ordered and then immediately saw delay warnings everywhere and started spiraling. Lesson learned the hard way. I have about 3 weeks left and my order has not even shipped. Trying to stay calm but whew. Appreciate the reality...

    KPV - Anyone tried it?

GHK-Cu solo runs mild relative to BPC for inflammation - most tolerate it fine at standard doses. If BPC and KPV both missed on joint pain, the glucagon pathway on Reta is worth trying next.

    Staying on GLP-1 meds forever?

Yeah, I knew it was probably a long-term thing. I'm in maintenance now (over a year) and off meds for high blood pressure and cholesterol. And I save money on groceries! Totally worth it, and I'm way happier and healthier now.

    Staying on GLP-1 meds forever?

I stopped taking it and put on roughly 2 dozen pounds in only a few months. Back on it now, obviously.

GLP-1 Starting Tips: Save Yourself Some Grief

100% yes to all of this. I'll add that you should take progress photos. It's annoying, but do it anyway because it'll be a huge motivator later on. Also, track your progress! Use an app like GLPeak, Glapp, Shotsy, or something else to track your doses and any side effects, so you have the info...

GLP-1 Starting Tips: Save Yourself Some Grief

Everything was spot on for me except the sulfur burps. Didn't get any of those. But I also can't burp normally... so maybe that's why. And I really wish someone had warned me about the thirst thing. I went almost 48 hours barely drinking anything because it just slipped my mind.

    GLP-1s: Kickin' butt!

Hey Care_Wine, just stick with it! I know it's not a magic bullet, but it definitely helped me get on the right path. I had to tweak my diet and start walking more. It's a journey, not a race!

    GLP-1s: Kickin' butt!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share some good news. I've been on a GLP-1 for about 11 months now, and I've dropped around 60 pounds. My type 2 diabetes is in remission, which is HUGE. Plus, my blood pressure and cholesterol are both looking great. Feeling like a new woman!

    Orange Top Tirz... what's up?

I've heard good things about a couple online pharmacies. Others don't seem great, based on what I've read.
