Not stupid at all. Using the fifteen per thousand formula if you're eating thirty hundred calories you're probably at forty five grams. When on these drugs digestion slows so you might need to tweak it but start with staying at forty five and see how your gut responds. The goal is smooth not...
This right here is what I'm excited about. I've got a flight coming up in October and I've always been cramped in the seat, needing the full seatbelt extension. Can't wait to see how different it feels when I fly again.
Same here. I was constantly flaring with symptoms every single night disrupting sleep. Mounjaro shifted me too far in the other direction, but adding adequate fiber and hydration has made me way more functional than I ever was without it.
Roasted or steamed pumpkin, especially the Korean varieties. Lived there and ate it constantly in fall. Can make hobajuk, a savory porridge that's fantastic. The seeds roast up nicely as a snack too.
By week 9 that 1 to 1.6 lbs weekly is solid. I'm at 62 injections and down 96 lbs, averaging about 1.5 a week. You're tracking well, keep it going. Starting weight 245, now at 149. No target in mind, just following the body scan numbers.
These two photos show 58 pounds total. I'd already dropped 28 on my own before August, just bouncing between losing and gaining the same 10 back. Started semaglutide in August 25 and lost another 30 since then. Still going down.
Lost 7 in the first go, which was awesome. Tracking weight daily and watching the weekly average.
Week 1: -2.7
Week 2: -0.8
Week 3: -0.7
Week 4: -2.7
Week 5: probably -1 or so
Side effects hit me: burping and gas early on, appetite dropped fast. But honestly, my brain still wants all the junk...
