    Just starting out... your advice?

Digital tracking is easier to search and sort over time. A simple phone note works. Some people prefer an app but the format matters less than doing it consistently.

    Reta batch Qs

COA batch number mismatch is a real concern. If the batch on the COA does not match your product, the certificate covers something else. Pressing the vendor for a matching COA is the right ask.

Just started Oz... is this normal?

Larger fill volumes extend the time the vial sits reconstituted in the fridge. One-month fills reduce that window and minimize the stability question. For a new start where the dose may change, a smaller fill also avoids waste if the protocol shifts.

Anyone lose on the baby doses? .25 or .5?

been on mounjaro for 12 weeks, taking my first 7.5mg dose tonight. three months ago at my checkup my a1c had jumped to 8.1 so my doc started me on this. now it's down to 5.4 and i'm 19 pounds lighter with one less pant size. side effects have been minimal. nervous about the bump but appetite...

    Wait, *this* is hunger?!

You're probably not immune—that's not really how GLP-1s work. Your body adapted last time and still needs to recalibrate. After a 2-month break your receptors aren't fresh, they're kinda stuck in between. Give 1mg at least 4 full weeks before deciding it's done. How long since you restarted?

    Pen looks a little full...normal?

Over 30 years I've seen one bad infection (friend needed antibiotics). Back in the day we'd reuse 22-gauge needles - basically jabbing yourself with a pencil. That guy was super clean about it too - alcohol pads, wiped before and after. So seems like it's pretty rare even with risks.

    Inflammation and joint pain help?

I've also been trying a sermorelin and GHRP-2 blend. Anyone else? I got a 10 mg blend (sermorelin 5mg and GHRP-2, 5mg). I mixed it with 10 ml of bacteriostatic water. I did the same amount daily.

    Inflammation and joint pain help?

Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium can be found through doctors who are Functional Medicine or Longevity focused. You can ask them to order it from a Compound Pharmacy. It's in stage IlI clinical trials now in Australia and US. I can't take Nsaids, so it's worth it for me. If you have bad OA, like me...

Retatrutide: Am I even saying it right??

Nobody needs a shot. What's your point? And what does law enforcement have to do with anything? Those guys suck anyway.

    Inflammation and joint pain help?

KPV is amazing! It works wonders on inflammation and joint pain. I didn’t see much difference with BPC or TB4, but when I stop KPV, I definitely notice. I was only going to try one at a time, but after cycling from KPV to TB4, I added KPV back in after only a few days.

    GLP-1s: Long-term worry?

I hear that the effectiveness can decrease over time. I have been on for four years and so far, so good. But I am starting to wonder if I should prepare for that. Is there anything I can do to slow down the process? Maybe cycle off for a bit?

    GLP-1s: Long-term worry?

Any side effects are nothing compared to the complications of obesity and diabetes. So, no, I'm not worried about this medication at all.

    GLP-1s: Long-term worry?

I'd be dead from cardiovascular issues years before any long-term side effects from this stuff ever showed up.

Lump after the shot, is it normal?

Rubbing it usually makes it disappear faster.
