    GLP-1s: A Mental AND Physical Shift?

    I'm opposite - without the food chatter running 24/7, I've got bandwidth for everything else. Not putting mental or physical resources toward the next eating moment. It's freed up so much time since I'm not constantly waiting for the next meal. Really liberating feeling.
