Question for the ladies who've lost a lot. I've read that skin takes a year to 18 months to pull in as much as it will, and that the change can be big. Does that also apply to the chest? I keep seeing people say their breasts got smaller, saggier and deflated, and yes, mine did all of that. What...
Hey everyone, been training a good while and recently started looking into GLP-1 medications. Genuinely curious how people handle nutrition once appetite drops. For anyone lifting or doing structured workouts: what's the trick to consistently hitting protein numbers? Leaning on shakes more...
Bacteriostatic water past expiration doesn't fail suddenly - the benzyl alcohol preservative is stable and the water itself doesn't degrade. The expiration is a regulatory date, not a microbial threshold. If seals are intact and storage was cool and dark, it's usable.

small bruise and sore after injection, bends wrong and i feel it. got it thru my provider and she said bruising is weird for such a tiny needle, try a different spot. just looking for reassurance it's okay.
I do about 11 mg of tirz every 5 days. hunger started creeping back so I tried another one at .5 and it was like that first good dose again. I use it as-needed now when stress hunger kicks in. haven't needed it in a couple months but nice to have.
gained weight when i started. month 4 and only down 2 lbs. discouraged because people losing 10–30 lbs fast probably ate junk before—i ate clean, just too much. already worked out. assuming this helps me maintain a deficit easier. not quitting though.
