Weight loss praise making anyone else uncomfortable?

I've also heard some things about adrenal issues while taking growth hormones: https://www.niddk.nih.gov/health-information/endocrine-diseases/adrenal-insufficiency/health-alert Just something to be aware of if you start experiencing any unusual symptoms.

I hear you completely. You start wondering if you've lost too much, or what people are *really* thinking. My advice? Ignore them. Seriously. No one understands the journey you've been on. You're the one living in your skin. Don't worry about their opinions. Focus on you. Best of luck!

    New clothes time?

Thanks for the comments everyone! I think I will try a thrift store like some of you suggested. That's a good idea for some in-between clothes. I don't want to wait until I hit my final goal weight.

    New clothes time?

When my pajama pants fell down, I knew it was time.

    Family ignoring my weight loss?

YES! It's wild. I keep thinking I can't fit into clothes when I know I can. I've had to buy new stuff but still reach for the bigger sizes out of habit. It's like my mind's stuck.

    GLP-1s and...digestive aids?

I wonder if raloxifene can help to lower it. I definitely feel better when E2 is around 40. I may just test E2 for pure curiosity.

    New clothes time?

I started this journey around Thanksgiving, weighing 272. I'm down about 38 pounds now, which is great! I can definitely feel it in my energy levels. However, my clothes still fit the same. They were loose to begin with, I'm a bit hesitant to go shopping. What if I haven't dropped as many sizes...

You're doing this for yourself. Don't look for support from jerks. If what you said is true, great job, be proud!

Starting sema - will 0.25 do anything?

I lost 12 pounds in my first month on .25. Don't skip to a higher dose without knowing how your system handles the medication.

    Family ignoring my weight loss?

I figured I'd have tons of chats about how I dropped the pounds, what it's like, everything. I thought I'd get sick of talking about it. Nope. I've been on this journey for a year and a half, and I've probably spent under 20 minutes total discussing it. It goes like this: "Wow, you've lost so...

    GLP-1s and...digestive aids?

Fortunately, Metformin helped me when I first started. I stayed at 7.5 mg, so I could keep a low dose of Metformin. It balanced the constipation. Now that I've achieved my weight reduction goal, I stopped the Metformin. But I'm glad I tried it. Now I'm keeping steady on 7.5 mg and don't have...

Starting sema - will 0.25 do anything?

    It varies. I never increased above .5 and went from 200 to 157. I'm a 54yo female.

Sema working even with a good diet?

Semaglutide doesn't directly cause weight loss. It's eating less and healthier that does the trick. If you're not at a deficit, you won't lose weight. The good news is sema makes it easier to eat less and eat better, which helps create that calorie deficit.

Reta Dosage & Weight Loss - What to Expect?

When I started tirz last month, I went from 206 to 192 in a month. Now I've switched to Retatrutide at 2mg a week to see what happens.
