    Tirz every 6 days?

I do mine every 3.5 days, works out to Tuesday and Friday for me. Keeps things simpler and more stable honestly. Some people plot it out on dosing calculators to see if twice a week gives steadier levels, but I find just having a routine that sticks is half the battle. The main thing is knowing...

    Almost at my goal weight!

I did experience some shedding initially, but it seems to have stabilized now. I made sure to increase my protein intake, and I take a multivitamin daily. It seemed to help!

    Almost at my goal weight!

Thanks everyone! It's been a long journey, but so worth it. Just a few more pounds to go to hit that magical 100lb mark. I know I can get there. Never give up, even when the scale seems stuck! I almost binned my scale a few times haha!

Crap! Took Cagri instead of Tirz...

    CRAP. I need new glasses!

Crap! Took Cagri instead of Tirz...

My hunch is... extremely bad GI issues. Think severe nausea, vomiting, maybe dry heaving, abdominal pain/cramps, plus either diarrhea or constipation, a random audit from the IRS, all your exes calling all at once, and feeling totally drained. These are the big side effects even at normal doses...

Crap! Took Cagri instead of Tirz...

I always try to get research peptides with a dose that's either 10, 20, or max 25 units for comfort. Sometimes it costs more, but injecting 75 units subq is not fun.

Crap! Took Cagri instead of Tirz...

I'd begin with stool softeners to avoid constipation. Toss any food in the fridge because you might not be hungry for a bit! Disclaimer: I'm no doctor, so maybe this is bad advice haha.

    NAD+ and Methylation: How worried?

I've heard of BPC-157. I always thought it was more for athletic injuries? I'm curious if it's safe long-term.

    NAD+ and Methylation: How worried?

Thanks, WellWin, that's really helpful. I'll look into those specific forms of folate and B12. I hadn't thought about homocysteine levels, so I'll add that to my list of things to check. It's good to hear a medical perspective on this. I was starting to feel overwhelmed by the conflicting info...

    NAD+ and Methylation: How worried?

I've jumped on the NAD+ train and I feel fantastic. I was only planning short bursts, but now I'm thinking longer term. My big worry is running out of methyl groups and causing problems. What do people do to support methylation? I'm on a basic B complex, but thinking of trying something like...
