MOTS-C and SS-31 address different parts of the same mitochondrial pathway. If MOTS-C is clearly working, adding SS-31 is a logical step. Most report clearer energy improvement from the combination than either alone.
Total newbie here, sorry if this is dumb. Based on Tirz's half-life, do you pin every 5 or 7 days? Does it matter after it builds up? What's your experience with that?
Without it, I'd be back to low-carb, high-protein, calorie deficit grind — but food noise and cravings would roar back. I don't lean on GLP-1s any harder than I lean on my BP meds. My body doesn't handle carbs right. This is the fix.

Over a year on sema now, down from 197 to 161. Had to cut everything—alcohol, sugar, dairy, gluten. I'm basically one meal a day and it sticks. Spinal injuries keep me sedentary but it works. Water and staying full longer makes the difference.
Really common on GLPs. The appetite suppression also mutes thirst, so you stop feeling like you need water. Keeps a bottle visible on your desk instead of the kitchen. Have a glass right after your shot as a habit anchor. Eat water-dense foods like cucumber and watermelon. Alarms don't work, but...
