    Tirz every 6 days?

The receptor sensitivity myth about once-weekly dosing has been effectively disproven by the pharmacokinetics - the relevant half-life and receptor binding kinetics don't support it. Dosing every 5-6 days based on where you feel the end-of-cycle hunger returning is a rational adaptation...

    BPC/TB Blend or Separate?

The local injection debate for injury-targeted peptides is genuinely unresolved in the evidence - BPC-157 and TB-500 are systemically acting compounds rather than purely local ones, which suggests the injection site may matter less than generally assumed. The case for proximal injection is that...

    Lost 60+ pounds this year!

That's incredible progress! Started on Ozempic and barely moved the scale - only 6lbs in 6 months. Switched to a compound and Mounjaro and saw 22lbs in another 18 weeks. Now trying Berberine on the side to get the last 7. Wild how different each option hits.

Scared to start, am I a failure?

To help you out, I also have PCOS, and it's helped my cycle become more regular. I used to go for months either bleeding or not bleeding. I also use ground flaxseed, and that's helped me too.

Smart Scale Upgrade - Worth it?

62 and wasted 24 weeks on Ozempic—only lost 6 pounds. Switched to a compounded version and then Mounjaro. 18 weeks, 22 pounds lost. Now on berberine for the last few pounds and maintenance. Got a cousin who gets horrible nausea the day after her shot but she's losing steady.

    ACE-167 + FOXO4 + Kisspeptin + Testagen stack?

Got on GLP1 partly to treat my drinking. Did Naltrexone, Campral, but GLP1s worked best. First time drinking after starting I almost always threw up after a couple shots. Life-changing and hoping it gets FDA blessing for addiction soon.

OMG I feel so much better!

Had bad gag reflex issues after starting—way more sensitive now. It's never been enough to quit but def had to be careful at work. 13 months in and finally weaning off after hitting my goal.

    Over halfway to goal weight!

the fatigue hit me too and it's still here. you're not a bad mom for struggling — your body's carrying a lot while you're trying to take care of yourself. losing weight is actually gaining health for your whole family, even if this stretch feels heavy.

Just started Reta - questions and initial thoughts

I switched to another tracker recently that is totally free with almost the same stuff plus extras. Started as just a site and now has an app that is way easier. Team is real responsive, say more features coming, so probably a paywall eventually.

    Finally feeling normal around food!

Same here. Went from 210 to 115 in 13 months—an inch taller and bit older than you. But I was undereating, overexercising, spiraling on health anxiety and obsessing over every number. Stop wearing the health tracker. Let doctors handle it. See a therapist about the obsession.

    Ozempic lawsuits already?

Only place I saw that was one vendor or they go to messages. Most respect their terms. One even swapped a whole batch after testing showed weak. Older vendors tend more reliable. But there's been...

GLP-1 GI Distress: Am I Alone?

Studies show the worst GI stuff usually happens months 2-4 when you're titrating up. Lots of variation tho. Might ease up in a few months. PPI's short-term might help if there's stomach irritation, especially with reflux which is super common on these meds.

    GLP-1s got me burpin'!

my stomach was surgically shrunk to walnut size in 2003. back then i measured meals with a cough syrup cup. but here's the thing—the body adapts. 23 years later i can eat half a pizza. reducing stomach size doesn't guarantee long-term weight loss.
