    Lazy Dinner Ideas? Help!

Cook 3-4 chicken breasts. Eat it with a salad one day, pasta another, and then mix it with mayo and eat it on crackers on the third day.

    Major weight loss, feeling great!

People worry so much about the needle part when really it's nothing compared to dealing with extra weight and all that comes with it. The injections are easy, honestly. The question isn't whether to use them - it's whether you'd rather stick with more nausea and food struggles to avoid a weekly...

    Lazy Dinner Ideas? Help!

Slow cooker chicken is really easy. Just toss in some boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs. Season them (I like a packet of taco seasoning) and add a can of diced tomatoes and a little bit of light cream cheese or plain Greek yogurt. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for about 3 hours...

    Yacon Syrup: Nature's Tirz?

I bought some of the syrup and took 3 tsp daily with my protein shakes. I'm already doing tirz and ipamorelin so adding the yacon didn't change much. Maybe because I was already on other stuff. It tasted good!

    Yacon Syrup: Nature's Tirz?

I wish I knew! I'm new to yacon too. I'd love to hear if anyone tries it. Maybe I'll try it closer to the holidays!

    Yacon Syrup: Nature's Tirz?

About Yacon: (I didn't write this, so I can't guarantee the info!) "The study used 0.14g of FOS per kg of body weight. Yacon syrup has 45-50% FOS. It takes about 1 tsp per 30 lbs of body weight to get the 0.14g per kg in the study. So, if you're 150 lbs, you'd take 5 tsp of syrup daily. We...

    Yacon Syrup: Nature's Tirz?

(This is a rough chart comparing Wegovy to this study.) The Wegovy study was two years long. The Yacon syrup study was ~17 weeks. The lines show the body weight change over time. The total loss was 15 kg (about 33 pounds) over 17 weeks (120 days), which is great, especially since they ate a...

    Yacon Syrup: Nature's Tirz?

More info: "Yacon syrup is about 41% fructooligosaccharides (FOS)." FOS resists enzymes in the upper GI tract, so it has a low calorie count for humans. Because FOS makes it to the lower GI tract, it can boost GLP-1. GLP-1 slows gastric emptying, lowers glucagon, boosts insulin, and improves...

    Yacon Syrup: Nature's Tirz?

Yup. The smaller dose that people tolerated well might be around 5 teaspoons. Let me double-check. If anyone tries it, start slowly!

    Yacon Syrup: Nature's Tirz?

I haven't tried it yet, but you can find it (even organic) on that big online retailer. I think it might be useful for people trying to lose more weight but who have already maxed out their GLP-1 dose. Maybe it could help them stay on track (along with other stuff like peptides and berberine)...

    Yacon Syrup: Nature's Tirz?

Has anyone heard of Yacon syrup (from the Yacon tuber)? One study had women losing around 33 pounds in roughly 4 months! Some think it might work by tweaking GLP-1, GIP, and ghrelin. A smaller dose (well-tolerated and better than sema for weight loss) was about 5 tsp a day for someone around...

Anyone lose on the baby doses? .25 or .5?

That's amazing, not-today-scale! Maybe you should go back down to .5?

Anyone lose on the baby doses? .25 or .5?

Okay, that's great to hear! I don't really want to go to 1.0 if I don't have to. Here's where I'm at: - 0.25 for a month - 0.50 since then - Lost: 55 lbs - To go: 25 lbs - Goal: 80 lbs - Time on med: 36 weeks - Time to goal: 16 weeks? I'm planning on going back down to 0.25 when I hit my goal.

Anyone lose on the baby doses? .25 or .5?

I'm wondering if anyone had good results with the starting doses? Seems like everyone jumps to 1mg right away.
