Recovering from all of those at once is a real load - that it's moving is the result.

Hunger returning around day 4-6 is typical at starting doses - the suppression settles in more consistently once the dose builds up over the first month.

Expired BAC water from a medical setting is still bacteriostatic - the benzyl alcohol doesn't degrade meaningfully past the printed date. The main concern is seal integrity, not the chemistry.

I agree with LabLady, don't get discouraged by comparing your progress to others. Everyone's body responds differently. I've been on sema for a while, and it's definitely a marathon, not a sprint.

I can relate to your slower progress, bye-bye-carbs. Don't give up! I've been on this for nearly 8 months. I'm down about 61 pounds, but it definitely wasn't linear! You will get there.

Hey WellAF, your experience sounds rough! But remember that the positive results make it worth it. I'm sticking with it because I like not being hungry all day. I know it's hard when the side effects are bad, but it can get better!
