    Scale's a liar!

The scale doing the same thing - responding to being questioned by producing a slightly different number the next morning - is why weekly averages matter more than any single reading.

    CJC/IPA and Tesa/IPA - Anyone else?

Stacking tesa after CJC/ipa tracks with standard cycling to avoid receptor downregulation. Three months is the right window.

    Losing 100+ lbs... anyone else?

Three months of stall then breaking through is the most common pattern for 100+ journeys. The body holds before it releases.

    Ozempic face transformation!

Hey! Yeah, the loose skin is something else. I've got some on my stomach for sure, a little on my arms, but not too bad on my legs. It seems to be changing still, and I'm hoping it'll tighten up a bit more. I'm trying to build more muscle to help fill it out.

    GLP-1 and insomnia?

I'm a newbie to GLP-1s, only been on sema for a few weeks. I'm waking up more often during the night, too. It's frustrating because I'm already exhausted from work.

    GLP-1s: Miracle or Hype?

OZ made me so sick, no matter the dose. I had to stop after a few months, and I barely lost weight. It's not for everyone.

    GLP-1s: Miracle or Hype?

    Ozempic should be available everywhere.
