Started at 7mg instead of ramping up from 3. First month 3mg for side effect adjustment, but 7 where results appear for most. Stayed 7 til plateau hit, then 14 for eight months. Total 80 lbs in 16 months then back to 7 for long-term.

At 0.5mg for six weeks after four weeks at 0.25mg. Down 12 pounds total. Shot my first 1.0mg dose just hours back. Ate only a quarter of breakfast before stuffed. I'm shocked - wasn't anticipating such a dramatic response.

When I increase my dose the burps smell terrible for about 2 to 3 days, then the odor disappears. It's just part of titrating up.
