higher doses flipped my mood hard. was partly the food quality and not moving enough to keep muscle though. also realized i was eating feelings, you know? on this stuff you can't do that so you sit with it. not ready for meds or therapy but journaling and diet and movement helped tons.
Only 2.5 is amazing! Thanks for sharing the hacks too. I work nights like you, usually eating between 7pm and 2am. When you're ready for maintenance you should come hang out over at the other community for that.
27 lbs a month at your starting weight is normal for the first 1-2 months, mostly water and glycogen. Real metric is lean muscle — need aggressive protein to keep it. After month 2-3 the loss slows to 1-2 lbs/week, that's the med working right.
Finally seeing the results! I tried on a dress I haven't worn in ages. Roughly 5 months on Oz and I've managed to drop about 22 pounds. I'm losing weight fairly slowly, which I think gives me time to incorporate strength training. My ultimate goal is to lose another 35-40 pounds while on 1mg.
