    From A1c 9.8 to 5.2! What a year!

A1c from 9.8 to 5.2 in under a year with full reversal out of diabetic range is the kind of result that makes the rest of the medication conversation secondary - the metabolic correction is the core outcome, the size drop and how you feel at 39 are the lasting reward.

    Mounjaro - Hunger coming back?

Hunger returning after the first few days on Mounjaro is normal at the starting dose - the suppression becomes more consistent once the dose builds over weeks 2-4 and stays there.

    Protein shakes: flavor burnout?

Applesauce pouches at a dose bump week are a real find - easy on the stomach, no prep, and they count as calories without triggering the nausea window. Flavor rotation is the main survival skill once the novelty wears off on any single shake formula.

    GLP-1 & Travel Woes!

I went to an underdeveloped country for three weeks. I stopped taking my weight loss shots a week before the trip.

Is it a bug, or did I overdo it?

sorry you went through that. just a heads up: MiraLAX isn't meant for daily use long-term. it can cause bleeding, cramping, or persistent diarrhea. max is really 7 days. try fiber instead—that's safe daily. definitely talk to your doctor about it.

    Crushing it! 90+ lbs gone!

congrats but like... why the crazy fast loss? i'm hitting the weights hard 4 times a week so i'm going for body recomposition, gotta keep the muscle. can't be one of those older folks barely able to open a car door. just my take tho, you do you.

Low T dose + GLP's: good or bad?

The 5 days on 2 days off thing? Not actually backed by science, just started by clinics and got repeated on Reddit forever lol. Only reason to do it is if you're dealing with water retention from other stuff. Most peptides are either weekly, multiple times a week, or daily depending on what it is.

    Thinking of Trying Reta...

Most people are hesitant to give out recommendations because things change so fast. If your friend has tried it and you can find some good test results, that's probably a good sign, in my opinion.

    Anyone tried PE-22-28?

I'm injecting it sub-q. Many resources recommend a small dose, around 250mcg, so it's a pretty small dose. I've gone as high as 750mcg before. I have pretty bad anxiety, and it has gotten better since starting selank and PE22-28, so maybe it's working after all?
