The emotional eating piece is one of the most significant and least talked-about changes that comes with GLP-1. The food noise quieting down removes a layer of mental overhead that most people don't even realize they're carrying until it lifts. For emotional eaters specifically, the medication...
One year is the milestone that doesn't get celebrated enough. The weight phase gets all the attention but the muscle-building phase that comes after is where the real work happens. How's your protein intake looking - are you aiming for a specific number or just going by feel? On the shot...
Sixty pounds in a year is the kind of result that makes you stop and recalibrate what's actually possible. The early weeks you're just hoping it works at all, and then one day you're the person posting the milestone. I'm a few months behind you at a smaller number but watching results like this...
Everyone's different, plus age matters. Younger you are the HGH stuff won't move the needle much if at all. Body's just more efficient at everything when you're young. As you age you need a little help and peptide signals can make a real difference. HGH will move faster but costs. Good luck.

The sema side effects are gone, but the reta skin burning is almost too much. Hopefully, it'll...
I don't think the ratio matters much. I get different side effects from each. Sema gives me mild cramping while digesting. Nothing terrible. Reta gives me skin irritation, like a mild sunburn.
It's not really discipline, I just don't want awful side effects.
The real challenge is resisting the urge to buy every peptide under the sun. I read about something and I'm like, "I could totally get a kit for that! It's not that expensive." THAT'S the hard part.
