Appreciate it. Started out at 192, with my heaviest ever being 208, before I began the dual-action medication! My doctor first tried me on an older appetite-suppressant pill, and once that stopped helping, switched me over to this.

Once a vial's cracked open, the diluent just goes straight into the fridge for me. Mostly about limiting temperature swings and contamination risk over the following weeks, given how much pricier the peptide is compared to the water itself.
