    Tirz... Stuck. Help me decide!

    Just hit my goal, gonna see how it goes. If I can stay at 1 mg twice a week without food noise, that's the plan. Original idea was dropping to 0.75 mg twice a week. Right now I'm in a good spot and don't want to mess with it. Got TRT going so the goal is protein and lifting to gain muscle.

    At my goal weight now. Thinking 1mg twice weekly without food noise is the sweet spot. Got TRT going so protein and lifting is the focus.
