Wouldn't recommend sticking it out honestly. Spent three months on semaglutide feeling awful nearly every day. Switched over to tirzepatide and the difference was night and day. Might just be a matter of needing a higher dose in your case.

Currently on the injectable brand myself, not covered by insurance. Sitting at the 7.5 dose right now, ordering straight from the manufacturer at 450 a month.
