Clear whey isolate in water is one of the few protein formats that doesn't trigger the GI sensitivity that standard concentrates do on these meds - the 20g per serving without the lactose or fat load is what makes it practical at lower eating windows.
Got 1ml with 30ga needles, 3ml with 23ga for mixing. friend started 2mg and was miserable, another was fine on 2mg. i went 1mg to split the difference based on past experience. day 2, no issues, no reaction at site, sticking w/ this.

Same here. Average responder. Week six, down about 1.4 lbs weekly. I'm totally okay with this if it keeps up. Plan is to stay on 2.5mg as long as it helps my T2D.
14 lbs in 2 months is actually really good. I'm only down 10 and I'm happy with that. I think a slower loss looks better anyway. If you aren't already, start taking measurements! That's where I see the most change. I use a smart scale and measuring tape that sync to an app – makes it really easy.
